Your Mission
You ensure that operations don’t just run —they run right, consistently, and at scale .
You are the link between data, processes, and execution across the network .
Your Responsibilities
- Drive and support standardized operational processes across stations (inbound, sorting, scanning, exception handling)
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational data to ensure accuracy and transparency
- Monitor service quality and delivery performance , identifying improvement areas
- Track and support key KPIs such as scanning rate, delivery success rate, and lead time
- Develop, update, and implement SOPs across the network
- Train frontline teams (on-site and remote) to ensure consistent execution
- Act as a key interface to resolve operational issues (e.g. system errors, equipment failures, compliance topics)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve operational performance
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, express delivery, or warehouse operations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
- Experience in team leadership (3+ team members)
- Strong analytical mindset and confident handling of data and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain problems and solutions
- Proven ability to solve operational challenges in real environments
- Strong interpersonal presence
- Fluent in German and English
