People Operations & Analytics Manager (d/f/m)

Yes? Then you should bring the following with you:

3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Analytics, or a similar role

Experience with operational HR processes (e.g., contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll preparation)

You have worked with an HR tool (e.g., Personio, HiBob, Workday) and are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

You have a strong understanding of data and can identify patterns and present them clearly

You think in terms of processes and are eager to analyze and optimize them

You work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with details

You are interested in automation and new tools (e.g., in the field of AI) and apply them pragmatically

You are reliable, discreet, and handle sensitive data responsibly

You live in Berlin, speak German fluently, and have a business-level command of English

You have a sense of humor and enjoy your work
