We’re looking for a Premier Customer Success Manager to help customers get real value from the software they use daily. The role is a fixed‑term position through February 2027.
You’re naturally customer‑centric, curious about how technology can simplify work, build strong relationships with customers at all levels, are commercially aware, solution focused, and confident in advising on product adoption. You can advocate for customers internally.
