We’re looking for a Premier Customer Success Manager to help customers get real value from the software they use daily. The role is a fixed‑term position through February 2027.

About you

You’re naturally customer‑centric, curious about how technology can simplify work, build strong relationships with customers at all levels, are commercially aware, solution focused, and confident in advising on product adoption. You can advocate for customers internally.

Day‑to‑day, you will

  • Look after a portfolio of key customers, ensuring value from Access solutions and meeting contract commitments, including Customer Success Plans (CSPs).
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior leaders, and act as advisor on best practice, product roadmap, and adoption.
  • Spot risks and opportunities early, manage churn, renewals, and retention, and work with internal teams to improve customer experience.
  • Run regular reviews, reports, facilitate workshops and webinars to track progress, gather feedback such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Your skills and experiences might also include

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account‑focused roles, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Confidence analysing product usage data and turning insights into clear actions for customers and internal teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to have constructive conversations about renewals, expansion, and value.
  • Experience presenting to customers, including running meetings, reviews or webinars, and handling challenging conversations calmly and professionally.
