Process Facilities Project Manager

I’m currently working with a client in the Lifesciences sector who is looking to bring on an experienced Process Facilities Project Manager to support a portfolio of pharmaceutical, cleanroom and high-spec manufacturing projects in Germany.

This is a project-based opportunity, with the chance to work on technically complex, regulated environments alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary delivery team.

Contract: Project-based freelance contract with potential extensions

Start: June

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Engagement: Freelance

Experience Required

• Strong experience in process facilities, cleanroom, or pharmaceutical/semiconductor environments
• Proven background managing projects across MEP and process systems integration
• Ability to coordinate between process engineering, HVAC and building services teams
• Good understanding of cleanroom standards, HVAC systems and critical utilities (e.g. gases, water systems)

Experience Desired

• Previous experience on pharmaceutical, biotech, or semiconductor projects
• Familiarity with GMP environments and regulatory compliance
• Experience across both new build and refurbishment projects
• Exposure to commissioning, qualification, or validation (CQV) processes
