Your mission & challenges
As Product Owner – NeuraGym Platform & Integration, you are responsible for the end-to-end user experience of the NeuraGym platform. You own the product backlog and roadmap for everything a customer sees and interacts with: from onboarding and subscription management to billing, tool selection, session booking, and deep integration with the Neuraverse simulation environment and cloud infrastructure.
You will work at the intersection of UX, platform engineering, cloud architecture, and commercial operations, ensuring the NeuraGym platform is intuitive, scalable, and tightly integrated with NEURA's broader product suite.
- Own the NeuraGym user journey: map, design, and continuously improve the end-to-end experience for enterprise customers from sign-up and onboarding through active platform usage across both virtual and physical environments.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog: translate business goals, customer feedback, and technical constraints into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Own the ML platform experience: shape the product for the full training pipeline – dataset ingestion, experiment tracking, model versioning, deployment, and monitoring. Drive the roadmap for MLOps tooling (CI/CD for ML, model registries, pipeline orchestration).
- Lead Neuraverse integration: define the integration architecture and user flows between the NeuraGym and the Neuraverse environment, ensuring customers can launch, monitor, and retrieve training runs without friction.
- Own billing and subscription UX: design intuitive flows for subscription management, compute billing, usage tracking, and alerts, giving customers full transparency over their consumption across service tiers.
- Define and track product KPIs: establish metrics for platform engagement, session completion, billing utilization, and NPS and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with UX designers, engineers, cloud architects, and enterprise customer success managers to deliver high-quality product increments aligned with commercial and operational requirements.
What we can look forward to

- Experience working with enterprise customers in a B2B SaaS environment. Understanding of complex sales cycles, onboarding processes, and enterprise-grade requirements.

- Strong understanding of UX principles and experience working with UX designers to create intuitive, data-driven interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Understanding of compute, storage, APIs, and cloud cost management.
- Experience designing or integrating complex billing/credit systems (token wallets, usage-based pricing, or subscription tiers).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to synthesize requirements from engineering, commercial, and enterprise customer teams.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable defining KPIs, running A/B tests, and making product decisions based on analytics.
