Your Mission – What you’ll do:
- Design and evolve a group-wide compensation framework, including pay philosophy, salary bands, bonus models, and grading structures
- Define and steer a unified job grading and job evaluation system to ensure comparability and transparency across the group
- Develop global compensation and benefits programs (e.g., STI, LTI, retirement, benefits) and set corresponding policies and standards
- Conceptualize and run a group-wide performance and goal‑setting system as the foundation for pay‑for‑performance
- Build and analyze a group‑level HR analytics dashboard covering workforce structure (headcount, demographics), talent acquisition, attrition and retention, performance and talent development, as well as compensation and engagement to enable data‑driven decisions
Your Profile – What we’re looking for:
- Relevant university degree (e.g., Business, Communications, Psychology, HR Management) or a comparable qualification; other backgrounds welcome if the fit is strong
- Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or HR Controlling; hands‑on exposure to compensation models, job grading systems, or global HR frameworks, with a solid understanding of market‑competitive pay
- Strong analytical mindset and data fluency; confident working with HR metrics, reporting dashboards, market analyses, and benchmarking as the basis for your recommendations
- Confident, professional presence with clear, transparent, and respectful communication—whether with colleagues or external partners
- Exceptional organizational skills; proactive mindset; able to keep the overview in complex project landscapes
- Fluent English in speaking and writing for international collaboration and presentations
- Willingness to travel as needed within Germany and abroad, depending on project requirements
