Project Manager Regulatory Change (f/m/d)

We are currently hiring a forward‑thinking and results‑oriented Project Manager (f/m/d) for our Inhouse Consulting team in Enterprise Project Management to support the delivery of projects related to regulatory changes and other initiatives.

This position is based in our Frankfurt or Munich office.

As part of a highly skilled specialist team, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing regulatory changes at the European level.

What you will do

• Lead projects focused on our operational investment infrastructure to implement changes related to industry standards and regulatory requirements in the EU and UK
• Facilitate the assessment of regulatory requirements and their impact on Operations, Investment, and IT
• Moderate workshops across affected teams and various management levels
• Plan and execute projects independently, taking ownership of project outcomes and overall success, while acting as an internal management consultant
• Actively support and contribute to multiple topics and projects in parallel, prioritizing accordingly

What you bring

• Excellent university degree, preferably in a Business or Finance field
• Relevant (at least 2 - 3 years +) experience in handling regulatory reform initiatives within the Asset Management industry
• Knowledge of T+1 settlement, EMIR and derivatives clearing is preferred, exposure to other regulations such as AIFMD/UCITS or Retail Investment Strategy is a plus
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with project management processes
• Very good teammate with distinctive communication and presentation skills, high interpersonal competence, high motivation and positive work attitude
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across functions such as Portfolio Management, IT, Distribution and external service providers
• Highly organized, attention to detail, excellent follow through skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in English, additional European language is a plus
• Experience with Generative AI / GenAI / Generative Artificial Intelligence
