Project Manager Tracker (all genders)

Job Introduction: We are a medium‑sized IT company based in Karlsruhe, Germany, and part of the Frequentis group in Vienna, Austria. We develop tailored solutions for global air traffic control authorities and contribute to flight security with systems operating at flight control centres and airports in more than 80 countries.

Key Tasks

• Take over the management of strategic, complex, international projects for delivery of services, products and solutions for our customers.
• Ensure project success in terms of time, costs, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate project teams in a matrix organisation.
• Coordinate, communicate and agree with all relevant stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors and partners.
• Support continuous improvement of our service provision.
• Support the sales department in offer preparation and take responsibility for project planning.

Key Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the successful management of complex, international customer projects, preferably with a degree in business administration or technical studies.
• Business fluency in German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Ideally, experience in the aviation sector.
• Experience in setting up and leading project organisations; a relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
