Quality Engineer - ITSM Process Specialist

Define, monitor, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & service level objectives for IT services in space projects
Ensure IT service operations meet agreed quality standards and uptime, coordinating incident, problem & change management
Lead QA across IT service delivery : audits, reviews, compliance, and continuous improvements
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to deliver reliable, high-performing services
Report transparently on IT service metrics and quality KPIs to stakeholders

Knowledgeable in IT Service Management , ideally within aerospace, space, or similarly regulated environments
Proven strength in Quality Assurance for IT services: process definition, monitoring, audits, SLAs & metrics
Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ISO 20000 and ITIL
Knowledge of ISO 12207 software life cycle processes
Experience in software development projects and applying Agile practices
Fluent in English (spoken & written); knowledge of ECSS / aerospace QA standards or equivalent is a strong plus
