You take full responsibility for leading a large-scale quality management project and drive it from planning through to execution.
You implement and continuously improve processes in line with ISO 9001 and automotive standards such as IATF 16949.
You conduct process and risk analyses and derive targeted improvement measures.
You plan, prepare, and support internal and external audits.
You introduce, develop, and monitor relevant quality KPIs to ensure overall quality performance.
You ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and customer‑specific requirements.
You lead cross‑functional project teams and ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of experience in quality management, ideally in roles such as Quality Management Representative, Deputy QMR, Quality Manager, process expert, or project manager in a quality management environment.
You have solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and ideally also IATF 16949 standards. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
You have strong expertise in process management, for example in process modeling or continuous improvement (CIP), and experience in leading complex projects.
You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner and demonstrate strong communication skills as well as assertiveness.
Additionally, you have very good German and good English language skills.
