Quality Site Supervisor

Quality Site Supervisor – HVDC | Germany | Freelance (2 Years)

I’m currently supporting a major energy transmission programme in Germany and looking to speak with experienced Quality Site Supervisors for a long-term freelance opportunity.

This is a 2-year contract, starting ASAP, on a large-scale HVDC cable installation project. The role is fully site-based and sits within a Tier 1 construction environment delivering complex civil, cable, and mechanical works.

I’m particularly keen to speak with professionals who have:

• Strong QA/QC supervision experience on infrastructure or energy projects
• HVDC or high-voltage cable installation experience (highly desirable)
• Alternatively, experience on oil and gas projects would be a positive
• A solid mechanical quality background

This is a key position on a technically demanding project, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, close to construction, and driving quality standards on site.
