Real Estate Specialist

Your contribution

• You provide technical expertise in property management and site-related technical operations
• You support the coordination and monitoring of technical processes across assigned sites
• You contribute your expertise in areas such as assessment, monitoring, and reporting
• You will support ongoing process improvement initiatives in system environments like ServiceNow or other similar workflow/ticketing systems
• You coordinate and follow up on technical escalations to ensure timely resolution.
• You will act as a key interface between the landlord , the technical organization and the field service teams
• You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective problem-solving.

What makes you stand out

• Ideally a university degree in Business Administration , Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Real Estate Operations, Real Estate Management, telecom infrastructure, facility/asset management or maintenance & operations
• Clear, confident communication skills in dealing with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency with operational and reporting tools (e.g., ServiceNow or other similar workflow/ticketing systems)
• Fluent German (C1) and excellent English (B2/C1) skills , both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and solution-focused mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable operational improvements.
