S/4HANA Service - Stream Lead – SAP

Overview

ERP Supply is supporting a global healthcare client on a major S/4HANA transformation , looking for an experienced S/4 Service - Stream Lead with integration exposure (ideally Salesforce Service Cloud).

This is a long-term programme (2-3 years) currently in the template build phase.

Project Details

Location: Frankfurt (Germany) - Consultant must be from Europe.

On-site: required critical phases or Go-live of project.

Rate: Daily rates flexible + Travel expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S/4HAANA Service (design → build → rollout)
• Oversee service processes (orders, contracts, billing, equipment, warranty)
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business
• Support testing, deployment and go-live
• Strong S/4HANA Service / CS experience
• 2–3+ full-cycle (greenfield) implementations
• Integration experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management
• English required + Other Languages Welcome
