Enterprise SDR – DACH Market (German-Speaking)

Overview

A leading cybersecurity SaaS company is hiring a native-level German-speaking SDR to support its Enterprise DACH business. This is a strategic outbound role focused on generating high-quality enterprise pipeline rather than high-volume outreach.

You’ll work closely with Enterprise Territory Managers to prospect into large, complex accounts across Germany and the broader DACH region.

The SDR organisation has a strong internal promotion culture and clear progression opportunities for high performers.

Location & Working Pattern

  • UK-based preferred, ideally within commuting distance of Staines
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in office (Tuesday-Thursday)
  • Early start flexibility (7-8am) to align with DACH business hours
  • German-based candidates may be considered, but UK-based talent is the priority

Compensation

  • Salary: up to €55,000
  • OTE structure: 60/40 split (base/commission)
  • Ramp support and draw provided for first 3 months
  • Accelerators available for overperformance

The Role

This is an "enterprise sniper" position suited to someone who enjoys:

  • Deep account research
  • Strategic outbound prospecting
  • Multi-threading within large organisations
  • Navigating complex enterprise buying environments

You’ll collaborate closely with:

  • Enterprise Account Executives / Territory Managers
  • Product and technical specialists

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Native or business-fluent German
  • SDR/BDR experience in tech sales
  • Strong outbound activity levels with a quality-first approach
  • Able to work in a hybrid Staines-based setup

Preferred Background

  • Enterprise SDR experience within SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Experience covering DACH, UK, or broader European markets
  • Understanding of German/DACH business culture
  • Coachable, ambitious, and collaborative mindset

Less experience is acceptable if the candidate demonstrates strong trajectory, drive, and learning agility.
