Your profile:

• Experience in multiple implementation projects involving performance & goals, succession & development, or learning
• Very good knowledge and, if possible, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (you can obtain certification later—your expertise is what matters to us)
• Willingness to learn and curiosity
• Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and, in particular, to support less experienced consultants during their training
• High degree of self‑organization and strong communication skills
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Moderate willingness to travel
