Requirements:

5+ years of experience in IT recruiting.
3+ years of proven success in executive search and placement for leadership positions in IT.
Strong experience in staffing and executive placement across different global locations, including the EU and USA.
Established personal network of C-level and top management professionals.
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview best practices.
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
IT background or technical understanding is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and senior leadership positions for the company.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber leadership talent.
Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and engage C-level and senior management candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Manage the offer negotiation and hiring process in collaboration with HR and senior management.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in executive recruitment.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top choice for executive talent.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
