Your role:

As a Senior Finance Operations Consultant at Finclair, you have the opportunity to apply your finance and accounting expertise to transformation projects and discover new opportunities for personal and professional development. In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively with IT and finance experts to optimize our clients’ financial processes – from the design and implementation of new systems to the stabilization and further development of accounting processes.

With your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, you help our clients future-proof their financial processes and make a significant contribution to increasing efficiency.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Analysis and optimization of finance operations processes
  • Structuring roles, interfaces and operating models in the finance sector
  • Support in optimizing and automating financial processes, especially in the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central systems.
  • Support for migration projects from DATEV to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central at the process and system level.
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions for customers on the optimal use of the systems.

What you bring with you:

  • First practical experience in project work in the field of ERP-
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a consulting environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and/or DATEV.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to professionally advise demanding clients.
  • Strong teamwork skills and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions for clients.
  • Independent and structured work style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Customer-oriented thinking and a strong service orientation.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and to adapt to technological innovations in the financial sector.
