This role is a full-time position, but there is the potential to consider people on a 35 hour basis.
Our client is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to deliver comprehensive HR support across two European offices, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance with local employment regulations. In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior HR Manager for Germany and Switzerland, while also collaborating with broader EMEA HR teams—including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and Shared Services—to drive seamless and impactful HR initiatives across the region.
Beyond operational responsibilities, you will play an active role in shaping the employee experience by contributing to HR projects and navigating employee relations matters with professionalism and care. You will also lead and support local strategic HR initiatives, bringing forward innovative ideas and a creative mindset to drive continuous improvement and add meaningful value to the organisation.
