Senior Interior Designer

Genesis Design Europe is seeking a Senior Exterior / Interior Designer with a strong background in automotive exterior / interior production design for manufacturing, combined with deep expertise in design principles, industry trends, and global standards. In this role, you will create innovative and premium exterior / interior design proposals for concept and production vehicles, helping evolve the Genesis design language for Europe and global markets.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to translate creative ideas into high-quality 3D digital proposals, with expert-level proficiency in design software (Autodesk Alias, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and/or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Transportation Design / Automotive Design / Industrial Design or a related design discipline
• 5–10 years of professional experience in relevant fields
• Proven experience delivering exterior design proposals for production vehicles and/or concept cars
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital design visualization workflows and VR / real-time review environments
