Senior Interior Designer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Design & Brand Evolution
  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Design and regional Design Managers to develop an on-brand aesthetic that harmonises Numa’s brand with the local neighborhood vibe.
  • Support research & development on brand concept updates and FFE innovations.
• Technical & Operational Excellence
  • Review and approve construction documentation and specifications from external landlords, architects, and contractors to ensure compliance with design intent.
  • Prepare full tender sets for the project FFE scope—including layouts, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Partner with regional project managers and conduct site visits to ensure the physical product aligns with our design quality and vision.
• Commercial Collaboration
  • Align closely with the procurement team to keep design proposals and FFE specs within budget while maintaining a "wow" factor.
  • Work with real estate, revenue, and operations teams at the start of a project to develop space programs tailored to each market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in interior design/architecture with a strong background in hospitality or multi-unit residential projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape; comfortable building technical sets and navigating BIM workflows.
• Fluent in German (speaking and writing) to review legal construction documentation and communicate with local partners.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
