About The Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Account Executive to join our Enterprise/Field Sales team. In this advanced role, you will drive significant growth by leading comprehensive sales cycles within a portfolio of assigned enterprise-level clients and strategically acquiring new logos. The ideal candidate possesses advanced sales acumen and sophisticated technical understanding, enabling engagement at all levels—from the C‑suite to technical leaders.

As an Account Executive, you will consistently demonstrate advanced proficiency in all sales activities, ensuring highly accurate forecasting, proactive pipeline management, and consistently exceeding attainment targets. You will be a subject matter expert, speaking fluently about Cloudflare’s products, features, benefits, and use cases across diverse customer segments, and you will deeply understand complex customer IT architectures, match them with our reference architectures, and orchestrate successful, large‑scale platform sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and execute advanced territory and account plans to exceed multi‑million dollar sales targets and annual quotas.
  • Lead proactive pipeline management, delivering highly accurate forecasts and strategic guidance.
  • Understand customers’ IT architectures, including applications and third‑party technologies, and align Cloudflare Reference Architectures accordingly.
  • Orchestrate and manage multiple complex customer engagements across various business units.
  • Lead a virtual team of specialists—Product Managers, Deal Desk, Legal—to close complex customer opportunities.
  • Serve as digital transformation authority, positioning Cloudflare as a critical enabler of customer transformations.
  • Create compelling value propositions, linking services to business outcomes and strategic objectives.
  • Lead complex negotiations and close large‑scale deals.
  • Build long‑term executive relationships, ensuring deep adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Share coaching and mentorship to improve team performance.

Examples of Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • 8+ years of advanced experience selling complex technology solutions in a B2B enterprise model, consistently exceeding multi‑million dollar quotas.
  • Deep expertise in Cloud Networking, Security, and Edge Computing technologies.
  • Experience mapping complex customer IT architectures to Cloudflare Reference Architectures.
  • Leadership of virtual cross‑functional teams to close complex deals.
  • Exceptional strategic communication and presentation skills with C‑level audiences.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and a history of closing large, multi‑million dollar deals.
  • Mastery of discovery, positioning, competitive selling, and expansion strategies within enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation trends and their impact on enterprise customers.
  • Strong coaching and mentorship abilities.
  • Highly self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient in fast‑paced environments.
  • Proficiency with advanced sales and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, G‑suite, MSFT suite, MEDDPICC).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical background highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Language Skills: English & Hebrew.
