Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with senior management to implement project frameworks and improve operational efficiency within teams.
• Lead customer project planning, execution, and delivery, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project milestones and financial targets.
• Coordinate project resources, including internal team members and customers, to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
• Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and discussions, fostering collaboration and alignment among project team members.
• Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS project management roles, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project team members to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to project challenges and overcoming obstacles.
