Senior Supply Planning Manager

We are partnering with a fast-growing, international e-commerce business in the home & lifestyle space to hire a Senior Supply Planning Manager . This is a key role responsible for driving end-to-end supply planning across a complex, multi-SKU portfolio.

You’ll play a critical part in ensuring product availability, optimising inventory, and aligning supply with commercial strategy—all within a dynamic, data-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage the end-to-end supply planning process for a defined SKU portfolio
• Monitor and optimise inventory and supply KPIs , identifying root causes and implementing improvements
• Ensure healthy stock levels , strong inventory turns, and readiness for promotions and campaigns
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Buying, and Operations to align supply with business priorities
• Continuously refine supply plans based on seasonality, campaigns, and market trends
• Drive process improvements through automation, analytics, and scalable planning solutions
• Mentor and support team members , strengthening planning capabilities and collaboration

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics, Engineering , or similar
• 6+ years’ experience in supply planning or supply chain analytics
• Strong experience managing complex, multi-SKU portfolios
• Advanced skills in Excel and SQL ; experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Proven ability to improve planning processes in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English (additional languages are beneficial)
