Senior Technical Expert

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the R&D of fully automatic coffee machines, overseeing the entire product development process, and resolving technical issues that arise during the process.
2. Responsible for researching and developing new technologies for coffee machines, as well as studying and developing new platforms for coffee machines.
3. Understand the overseas coffee machine market and user characteristics, able to lead the team from both market and technical perspectives to complete innovative development work related to coffee machines, and capable of mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
4. Excellent communication skills, able to self‑improve in new technical fields, and strong team spirit.

Qualifications

1. Over 10 years of experience in the structural development of pressure‑type coffee machines; experience in designing fully automatic coffee machines is preferred.
2. Strong learning and innovation capabilities, analytical skills, communication and coordination abilities, planning, and time management skills.
3. Familiarity with plastic and metal mold processes.
4. Familiarity with product development processes and manufacturing techniques, with an innovative mindset.
