What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands‑on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments – including an eight‑month international placement – you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

In this role you will support complex international energy projects for Gas Services Solutions while building end‑to‑end procurement capabilities through rotations in project procurement and execution, strategic sourcing and process improvement, and organizational development, including an eight‑month international assignment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

• Support end‑to‑end project sourcing and on‑time, on‑budget deliveries, including order processing and logistics.
• Advance global procurement through an eight‑month international rotation, supplier negotiations/performance reviews, and data‑driven sourcing insights.
• Prepare executive analyses/presentations, contribute to procurement org development, and engage in governance and strategic planning.

What You Bring

• First procurement & supply chain knowledge combined with strong analytical and digital capabilities and strategic thinking.
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
• Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.

Gas Services Division

Our Gas Services division offers low‑emission power generation through service and decarbonisation. Zero or low‑emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
