As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a critical role in providing specialized assistance to our Slovenian-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our iGaming platform. We are dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service while helping you settle into your new surroundings comfortably.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service through live chat, email, and phone to our Slovenian-speaking clientele
Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints with empathy and professionalism
Guide customers in using our platform effectively, contributing to their overall satisfaction
Collaborate with your teammates to achieve service targets and uphold quality standards
Document customer interactions accurately within our systems for effective follow-up
Engage in continuous training to enhance your knowledge of our offerings and improve service skills

Requirements

Fluent in Slovenian and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related position is preferred
Exemplary communication skills with a dedication to providing excellent customer service
Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality
Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is desirable
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus
