As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a critical role in providing specialized assistance to our Slovenian-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our iGaming platform. We are dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service while helping you settle into your new surroundings comfortably.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through live chat, email, and phone to our Slovenian-speaking clientele
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Guide customers in using our platform effectively, contributing to their overall satisfaction
  • Collaborate with your teammates to achieve service targets and uphold quality standards
  • Document customer interactions accurately within our systems for effective follow-up
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance your knowledge of our offerings and improve service skills
Requirements
  • Fluent in Slovenian and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related position is preferred
  • Exemplary communication skills with a dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is desirable
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
  • A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry is a plus
