- Goal: Create a seamless customer experience and act as the internal advocate for BASF across Schneider Electric
Your Responsibilities
- Ability to be confident in front of all types of stakeholders (C-Level, Business Leaders, IT and OT Leaders, Cyber Security leaders)
- Develop deep customer relationships and intimacy; earn the customer's trust
- Gain access with the customer at different levels
- Take ownership of customer issues
- Proactively develop and implement an annual calendar for executive reviews, innovation conversations and executive roundtables
- Be the expert regarding the customer, their business and opportunities
- Partnership development
Financial
- Develop and grow profitably Schneider Electric's share of wallet
- Profitable growth and increase the share of wallet across all Schneider Electric domains
- Develop an annual Revenue Plan for the Account by Product Line, Region and Country
Schneider Electric
- Identify new business opportunities and enable sales teams to successfully execute those strategies and initiatives
- Obtain internal alignment across business functions and regional and country organizations
- Orchestrate a team of regional and local Account Managers and Sales Specialists
- Define, implement and monetize a clear account strategy aligned to the customer’s business outcomes
- Lead the global extended team of account managers and all those engaged with the end-user to drive one strategy globally
- Manage and interlock internal stakeholders to ensure the right level of support for delivering the strategy and superior customer satisfaction
What We Expect
- Education: College degree (Bachelor’s) in engineering, IT/OT technology or sustainability
- Experience: Industry and technical expertise in global end-user industries (chemical sector and new energy markets), industrial automation, power distribution systems, IT/OT digital simulation; global business development, project leadership, cross-functional team leadership, customer-centric sales experience; fluent in German and English and ability to integrate third-party systems
