The Job

As a strategic partner, you will shape the future of our Consumer Flywheel – the core C2C engine of the marketplace. You will identify emerging trends, derive strategic implications, and help define the long‑term direction of this ecosystem. The position is hybrid.

Job requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
• Experience analyzing market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration and influence skills with clear, structured communication.
• Strong AI mindset, with hands‑on or conceptual understanding of AI applications (e.g., LLMs, automation).
• Fluent in English with good German skills.

Job responsibilities

• Drive high‑impact strategic initiatives by leading deep dives in close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Generate forward‑looking insights by analyzing market dynamics, consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and internal performance data.
• Proactively identify emerging trends, shifts in user behavior, and new opportunities to strengthen the Consumer Flywheel.
• Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and actionable plans, enabling informed decision‑making at senior leadership level.
• Contribute to quarterly planning cycles (e.g., OKRs, roadmaps) and help define priorities based on data‑driven insights.
• Support the operational rhythm of the Consumer Flywheel (e.g., planning processes, key artifacts), ensuring alignment across teams.
