About the Role
We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our DACH Partnerships team in the Berlin office. As a Partner Account Manager, you will help us grow the pipeline and revenue through our Channel partners and Agencies (System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms). Your leadership and market knowledge will support go‑to‑market strategy, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Outbound teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner recruitment & onboarding: identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners that align with our strategic objectives and target markets; develop onboarding programs to ensure rapid ramp‑up; educate partners on products, services, value proposition, and sales processes.
- Partner relationship management: build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders; serve as primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing needs, challenges and opportunities; conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement and develop joint action plans.
- Revenue generation & sales enablement: develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve agreed revenue targets; provide sales enablement, training and support including product updates, competitive intelligence and sales collateral; collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless hand‑off and co‑selling opportunities; track and report partner performance metrics.
- Forecasting & reporting: accurately forecast partner sales and contribute to overall revenue projections; provide regular reports on partner performance, activities and market insights to management.
- Program development & optimization: contribute to ongoing development and refinement of the channel partner program, including policies, incentives and marketing initiatives; work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product and GTM teams; stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in channel management.
Qualifications
- Native German language speaker, fluent in English.
- At least 2‑3 years of experience in partnership development in a competitive, data‑driven environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and interest in technology.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with KPI driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
