Assess in-service damage findings reported by customers on structural parts as well as structural non-conformities from production
Prepare and review repair instructions for customers and production
Calculate and substantiate defined repair solutions, primarily based on manual methods (SRM)
Support our design engineers in the dimensioning of parts and components within modifications to existing products
Create substantiation and compliance documentation for these modifications in accordance with CS-23 and CS-22
Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Technical Physics or a comparable field
Good understanding of lightweight structures and load paths
Ideally first experience in certification and compliance demonstration (e.g. CS-23)
Experience in the repair of composite structures is an advantage
Genuine interest and commitment in the field of general aviation
Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
