For our Satcom Digital product line, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for a maximum of 20 hours per week during the lecture period to support the team in development of automation test scripts for satellite modem (RF/Optical) system testing.

What You Can Expect In This Role

Understanding existing automation framework and extending the automation tests based on defined requirements
Documenting the test scripts implemented as a test verification/validation report
Contribution to the enhancement and optimization of existing system tests
Understanding the satellite modem functionality (RF/Optical) and contributing towards defining more system test requirements together with system engineers

What You Can Contribute

University studies in computer science, electrical engineering, communications engineering or similar field
Basic programming skills in Python, C, C++
Good understanding in Linux OS and IP network
Interest in satellite communication ground systems
Basic hardware knowledge is an advantage
Structured, independent working style and team spirit
Language skills: Good English skills are required; basic knowledge of German is an advantage
