The Systems Engineering team is responsible for long‑term customer success, enabling transformation through the Apple standard methodology and development of a modern IT infrastructure. You will advise customers on standard processes, working closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders across Germany and Austria. Candidates should have at least five years of experience delivering technical business transformation projects, consultative pre‑sales engineering, or multi‑platform IT problem solving, with expertise in Mobile Device Management, mobile hardware and software, network infrastructure, and Apple technologies.

Our sales team maintains the revenue for ongoing development of products and services, enriching the lives of hundreds of millions worldwide, and serves as the face of Apple to our largest enterprise and education customers.

Responsibilities

  • Present complex concepts clearly and maintain composure under pressure, guiding audiences through the Apple story.
  • Act with the highest integrity, honesty, and accountability, keeping commitments and acting in Apple’s best interest.
  • Understand customer business needs and challenges, obsess over their experience, and consistently exceed expectations.
  • Adapt quickly to unique customer and partner needs, influencing internal and external stakeholders, and resolving disputes with minimal noise.
  • Communicate actively and listen patiently, translating innovative ideas into realities through collaboration.
  • Strive for excellence, managing priorities and resisting setbacks to achieve quarterly forecasts.
  • Navigate change and uncertainty, shifting gears to explore new solutions without waiting for clarity.
  • Make clear, timely decisions, simplifying complex problems and owning outcomes through deep analysis.
  • Translate technical enablement into business outcomes, working strategically and operationally, removing friction at scale, and fostering a community of IT professionals passionate about Apple.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consultative selling experience in business‑transformation solutions for large enterprises or education.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
