Team Lead Sales (m/f/d) | TravelTech | €104-117K OTE

The Opportunity

Join one of the fastest-growing TravelTech companies globally, helping vacation rental hosts maximise bookings while delivering seamless guest experiences. As Team Lead Sales, you will build and lead a high-performing team focused on growing and optimising the company’s portfolio in the Baltic Sea region. You’ll play a key role in driving regional revenue, expanding market presence, and shaping long-term partnerships. This is a highly impactful leadership role combining hands‑on sales, team development, and strategic ownership in a fast‑scaling environment.

The Business

Our client connects vacation rental hosts with guests across Europe, operating across 30+ offices internationally. The business has scaled rapidly and is now doubling down on regional market leadership in Germany, combining host acquisition, portfolio growth, and product‑led expansion. The Hamburg team covers some of Germany's most attractive holiday destinations.

The Role

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of 7 to consistently hit activity KPIs and revenue targets
  • Own revenue targets and portfolio growth for the region
  • Support your team in acquiring new hosts and expanding existing accounts
  • Build long‑term relationships with key accounts and regional partners
  • Manage commercial negotiations and long‑term partnerships with property owners and hosts
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices
  • Travel regularly within the region for client visits and team field engagement

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record in leading a sales or AM team
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent German & English; Hamburg-based or willing to relocate
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
