Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, guides, and release notes.
• Collaborate with product, services and support teams to gather information and ensure completeness of documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable language for a diverse audience of end-users.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure the relevance of technical content.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy.
• Participate in documentation review sessions and provide feedback to improve the quality and usability of documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in software technical writing. Enterprise systems preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and markup languages (e.g., Markdown, XML).
• Excellent research and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in documentation.
