Video Editor (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for editing and delivering video assets for Arthrex, including case studies, surgical techniques, tutorials, product demonstrations, and promotional videos.

Responsibilities

• Editing and delivery of video assets for Arthrex, including case studies, surgical techniques, tutorials, product demonstrations, and promotional videos
• Creative editing of multimedia content in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, using footage, graphics, music, sound effects, and additional audiovisual elements in alignment with Arthrex’s corporate standards
• Importing, transferring, and ingesting media into designated workspaces, as well as performing quality control on all recorded material
• Structured organization of footage, sequences, and titles across all Adobe Creative projects (Premiere, After Effects)
• Close collaboration with producers and internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions and recommendations
• Editorial and technical collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and Medical Education to produce high-quality training and educational videos

Profile

• Several years of relevant professional experience in video editing or a comparable qualifying education with corresponding hands‑on experience
• Strong practical experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• In‑depth knowledge of best practices in post‑production workflows
• Ability to independently analyze and resolve issues of moderate complexity
• Experience troubleshooting basic technical issues within the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Structured, self‑driven working style with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet varying deadlines
• Very good German & English skills
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary and diverse teams
• Flexibility and willingness to work late and/or over weekends, if required due to project demands
