This role offers the opportunity to directly support United States Army readiness in Europe through hands‑on supply and warehouse operations.

Cervello Global of Germany GmbH is seeking a qualified Staging Facility Supply Clerk / Property Book and Warehouse Specialist to support United States Army Europe and Africa logistics operations at the staging facility in Miesau, Germany. This position supports property accountability, unit supply, warehouse operations, issue and turn‑in processing, inventory control, shipment support, and customer appointment coordination using the Global Combat Support System – Army, a government‑furnished property management system.

Place of Performance: Miesau Army Depot, Bruchmühlbach-Miesau, Germany

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, issue, inspect, inventory, and store equipment.
  • Support property book, unit supply, and warehouse management functions.
  • Process equipment for issue, receiving, storage, and turn‑in using the Global Combat Support System – Army.
  • Conduct required inventories and maintain accurate records.
  • Process equipment turn‑in to Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services.
  • Prepare Department of Defense Form 1348‑1A and verify serial numbers and supporting documentation.
  • Label turn‑in equipment with Defense Logistics Agency Form 2500 and validate turn‑in readiness requirements.
  • Ensure classified equipment is not accepted or processed and immediately report any items with classified markings or media still installed.
  • Support customer assistance and appointment scheduling.
  • Load, unload, pack, and ship equipment safely.
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping and support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

NOTE: Position is contingent upon Contract Award

Position Requirements

Education

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience within the last five years in property book, unit supply, and warehouse operations.
  • Training certificate in Global Combat Support System – Army Property Book and Unit Supply from an Army‑recognized training source, or equivalent Army‑provided training.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card for computer access.
  • Ability to obtain a valid driver’s license for Europe, including applicable U.S. Government, Army, or German licensing as required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any permits, licenses, or certifications needed to operate equipment under the contract.
  • Ability to lift at least 70.5 pounds (32 kilograms).

Security Clearance Requirement

  • Must possess an active Tier 1 personnel security clearance at time of proposal submission and maintain required eligibility for the life of the contract.
  • Must be able to satisfy installation access requirements for United States military facilities in Germany.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Germany. Individuals who are not German or European Union nationals and who are not otherwise covered by applicable status protections may need valid work and residence permits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting Army supply, warehouse, staging facility, or property accountability operations.
  • Experience with equipment receiving, issue, turn‑in, and serial‑number validation.
  • Experience supporting shipment preparation and warehouse material handling.
  • Prior forklift or warehouse equipment training.
  • Experience working in a customer‑facing logistics or military support environment.
