Warranty Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Operations Executive to support and oversee warranty operations across assigned markets. This role is responsible for warranty claim approval, cost control, dealer compliance monitoring, and system-related documentation to ensure efficient and compliant aftersales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and monitor warranty operations across assigned markets, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
• Review, approve, and process warranty and roadside assistance claims submitted by dealers/distributors.
• Conduct post-audit reviews of dealer warranty approvals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost control.
• Validate warranty documentation and ensure proper claim submission in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and dealer networks to resolve warranty-related issues.
• Issue re-registration documents and support eSIM pairing/activation for vehicles requiring MHU (Media Head Unit) replacement.
• Monitor warranty KPIs and support reporting and data analysis as required.
• Identify risks, recurring issues, and propose corrective or preventive actions to improve warranty performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 4-5 years of experience in warranty operations, aftersales, technical service, or automotive dealer network management.
• Strong understanding of automotive warranty processes and dealer claim management.
• Experience working with DMS/ERP systems is preferred.
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail and compliance control mindset.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
