Lead Full Stack Engineer

Most people have never used a lawyer and we want to change that, ideally on a global scale. We have an ambitious roadmap and we’re looking for energetic developers to help us deliver full stack AI legal help to millions of people over the next few years. Monaco Solicitors has been established for 10 years and has 30 staff. Grapple is new and has 6 staff. The roleDo you have the initiative to help craft and deliver Grapple’s roadmap?You will be working primarily on Grapple (full stack AI).The role will require a self starter, with an eye for strategy and project management as well as solid, hands-on, coding skills.You will have a desire to help people through tech innovation, and you will want to overhaul how things work in an industry ripe for disruption.You’ll be working with a fun & highly skilled team, with lots of problem solving. The team currently consists of 3 full stack devs, 1 designer, 1 tech support/tester, and 2 product owners. The stackFrontend: Next.js (React, TypeScript)Backend: Node.js (Express)Automation: n8nAI: OpenAI API The Grapple MVP is available to check out online and is a full stack AI Lawyer (grapple.law). There are no human lawyers in Grapple. It is agentic and sends and receives email correspondence, just like a real lawyer. Our roadmap is to branch out into every type of law for the individual consumer (never for business) and increase the agentic power to include broad AI lawyer actions including court representation. We also plan to ramp up fine tuning, & training data pipelines, as we hold a wealth of training data.
