At Milrem Robotics, we’re shaping how autonomy is used in real-world missions. Our systems already power next-generation unmanned vehicles across defence and dual-use markets — and now we’re looking for a Product Manager to take this capability from prototype to large-scale deployment.

In this role, you’ll own the autonomy roadmap across multiple vehicle platforms, turning customer trials and operator feedback into product direction that creates measurable value. You’ll balance technical feasibility with business priorities, align engineering and sales, and help a highly skilled team deliver where it matters most.

This role is for an experienced Product Manager (5+ years) with technical credibility in autonomy, robotics, or AI/ML, and the business mindset to connect product decisions to adoption and growth.
