Responsibilities

• Provide SAP S4 Hana GTS Functional services for Implementation, rollouts, and support project.
• Translate user’s requests into application system solutions.
• Resolve business issues by working with various groups within the company.
• Redesign procedures to suggested best business practices in concert with SAP functionality.
• Create the Business Blueprint (BBP) – detailed process design and mapping to solutions, based on design from the IS BA, and contribute to the effort estimation.
• Generate configuration documents, functional specifications, and perform functional testing.
• Work with other modules for integration issues and perform final validation of solution (SIT) before submission to requester to run the User Acceptance Test.
• Support the Run organization in incident and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Required experience in SAP – GTS with strong SAP technical, configuration and business area knowledge in the GTS module.
• Extensive knowledge of Installed Base Management, Service Order Processing and Resource Related Billing.
• Experience in Field Service, In‑house Repairs, Service Contracts and Warranty Claim Management.
• Extensive knowledge of replacement processing including refurbishment process.
• Knowledge of labor activity posting and integration with time‑keeping system.
• Minimum 4–5 end‑to‑end implementations and 3–4 rollout experiences with S4 HANA Implementation & GTS project including full scope GTS solution to global market.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, and focus on building and sharing knowledge.
• Combining strong functional and technical SAP skills.
