We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Executive of EMEA to lead and expand our business initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic business plans, driving operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the sustainable growth and success of our operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the life sciences sector, focusing on key accounts and enterprise-level clientsAccount Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers in R&D, clinical, and commercial functions to expand adoption and retentionSales Strategy: Develop and execute territory plans that align with regional and global sales goalsSolution Selling: Understand clients’ scientific and business challenges to position your company’s products and services as value-adding solutionsCollaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure alignment with market needsForecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline management, sales forecasting, and account documentation in CRM systemsMarket Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy and client conversations
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferredA minimum of 7 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably with software services sales within the life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors or equivalentProven track record of successfully driving business growth and managing operations in the EMEA regionStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plansExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of the life sciences technology ecosystem ie. CRM, QMS, DMS, TMS, Supply Chain, etc.Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the EMEA region are a plus
