This is a hybrid role with two core functions.
First, you are our Situation Manager . When a major IT incident strikes, you will take charge. You will lead the response, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage all stakeholder communication, and drive the issue to resolution with confidence and clarity.
Second, you are our TechOps Software Engineer . In your day-to-day work, you will focus on preventing future incidents. This involves advanced technical support, bug hunting, and root cause analysis with a special focus on enhancing our security posture and system observability . You will proactively harden our systems and improve our monitoring capabilities to ensure we can detect and resolve issues faster than ever before.
