We are now looking for a Service Engineer (Energy Storage) based in Germany to join our growing global team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for on-site installation of energy storage systems.
• Communicate with customers on technical matters, conduct product training and promotion, and handle technical inquiries or troubleshooting.
• Support customer visits, handle technical documentation, and assist with other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering or related technical fields.
• Valid German driving license preferred.
• 3+ years of overseas work experience; background in PV, energy storage, UPS, or related after-sales service roles is a strong plus.
• Location: Germany.
• Proficient in English for daily work; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of power system analysis, power electronics, power distribution, and circuit theory is preferred; holding a local electrician license is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills; ability to handle urgent tasks and provide independent technical solutions.
• Professional, cooperative, responsible, and able to work under pressure; willing to provide on-site technical support with customer electricians.
