About the RoleAs an AI Implementation Developer, you’ll take technical responsibility for preparing, transforming, and integrating client data into the company’s AI platform. Your work ensures that each deployment runs on structured, high-quality information - enabling AI systems to perform reliably and deliver measurable business impact.Working closely with consultants, engineers, and project managers, you’ll operate at the intersection of data engineering, integration, and implementation delivery. This role suits someone with a hands-on technical background who enjoys working in client-facing AI projects and wants to build experience in large-scale enterprise implementations. Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Validation: Assess client data for completeness, format consistency, and structure quality.Data Transformation: Clean, reformat, and map structured and semi-structured datasets (e.g. CSV, JSON, XML, Parquet) for production use.Integration Work: Support the delivery and onboarding of client data into the AI platform, coordinating with implementation and consulting teams.Documentation: Create clear, traceable documentation for data sources, mappings, and transformation logic.Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical teams (e.g. AI Engineers, IT Consultants, PMO) to ensure smooth, transparent project execution.Quality Assurance: Validate outputs and monitor data accuracy and completeness during delivery cycles.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise data pipelines, formats, or integration processes. Your ProfileTechnical background in data integration, engineering, or implementation (ideally within SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments).Hands-on experience with Python, Pandas, SQL, or Spark for data processing and transformation.Confident working with structured and semi-structured formats such as CSV, JSON, XML, or Parquet.Understanding of data flows, APIs, and system integrations.A structured, precise approach - taking ownership for clean, verifiable data pipelines.Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable coordinating with multidisciplinary technical teams.Motivated by building reliable solutions that create real-world value for clients.Languages: Excellent English (spoken and written); B2+ level German preferred.
