Join a forward-thinking IT transformation initiative focused on building a modern, agile IT landscape using ServiceNow. The project emphasizes service excellence and supports decommissioning and migration efforts, transitioning legacy systems and processes into the ServiceNow platform or retiring them in a controlled manner. The work bridges agile methodologies, ITIL best practices, and ServiceNow implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance, implement, and configure ServiceNow for decommissioning and migration projects.
• Advise on the retirement of legacy systems and migration of processes/data to ServiceNow.
• Analyze existing IT environments, gather requirements, and translate them into technical user stories.
• Design, optimize, and standardize end-to-end processes in alignment with ITIL within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance and security during system retirements and migrations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in ServiceNow to monitor project progress.
• Conduct maturity assessments and identify improvement opportunities in ServiceNow and related processes.
• Train and coach internal staff on ServiceNow functionalities related to migration and decommissioning.
• Collaborate closely with IT architecture, infrastructure, operations, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, process definition, and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in operating, implementing, and configuring ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ideally Service Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM/SPM).
• ITIL certification (minimum ITIL 4 Foundation, ideally Managing Professional).
• Experience leading or coordinating ServiceNow implementations, including rollout management.
• Familiarity with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and JIRA is a plus.
• Proficiency in KPIs, dashboards, and reporting within ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured approach to work.

A verygood command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutchis an asset.
