AISG-0381 Jira & DevOps Migration Specialist

We are looking for a Jira & DevOps Migration Specialist to support projects in transitioning from SE‑Tools to a modern DevOps‑as‑a‑Service toolchain. You will provide technical guidance, remove obstacles with the team, report on progress, and offer expertise on project use cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage Jira administration: workflow definition, custom fields configuration, data migration, and import.
• Support content migration between Jira environments to ensure smooth transitions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues encountered by the team.
• Collaborate closely with team members, adopting a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
• Communicate progress and recommendations effectively to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Atlassian tools, especially Jira (specialist/expert level).
• Proven experience as a Jira administrator: workflows, custom fields, data migration/import.
• Experience migrating Jira content between environments is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, team player, and client‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑organized, proactive, and solution‑focused.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) is required.
