About the Role
As Associate Director, Development & Culture, you will be a key driver of our organizational growth and people strategy. In this role, you’ll lead on leadership development, succession planning, and cultural integration to enable Redcare’s continuous evolution. Working closely with the board, HR Business Partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will ensure our talent, structure, and culture are prepared for the future. With direct responsibility for a team of five, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Redcare’s leadership framework and organizational design.
Responsibilities
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and the design of leadership programs that prepare Redcare for the future.
- Lead and develop a team of five direct reports, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Partner closely with the board, HRBPs, and business leaders to align organizational and cultural initiatives with company needs.
- Lead organizational setup and change initiatives, including new team structures, cultural integration following M&A, and long‑term strategic planning.
- Act as a change agent, ensuring transparent communication while introducing new strategies and supporting business growth.
- Use data and insights to evaluate offerings, measure impact, and drive continuous improvements in development and culture.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience with the confidence to operate directly at board level.
- Strong track record in organizational development, leadership programs, and cultural integration, ideally in international environments.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution skills, able to balance long‑term vision with practical delivery.
- Collaborative style with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data‑driven and numbers‑oriented, with the ability to evaluate, improve, and demonstrate impact.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and openness to leveraging technology in people processes.
