Role Highlights Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues, including day-to-day business matters and governance.Involvement in transactions, including cross-border elements, and support on restructuring projects.Exposure to regulatory and compliance work, as well as litigation in corporate contexts.Opportunity to work on matters related to financial markets, capital instruments, and EU regulatory frameworks. Candidate Profile Solid experience in corporate law and general advisory work, with knowledge of EU law and regulations.Interest or background in transactions, restructuring, and litigation.Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex regulatory issues.Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition for long-term career progression.
