What You'll Build

• Deal with SAP Premium Engagement customers representing SAP's largest customers with the most complex implementations and requirements.
• Plan, review, safeguard and optimize projects related to software maintenance, including OS/DB migrations, data center moves, conversions to SAP S/4HANA, release upgrades and transitions to cloud environments.
• Deliver onsite customer workshops and remote system/log analysis.
• Support customers during critical go‑live activities via on‑call duty.
• Engage long term with customers as a focus expert / technology consultant.

What You Bring

• Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent academic degree in natural, economic or engineering sciences (e.g., computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics).
• Very good analytical skills for solving complex problems.
• A structured, reliable, and independent way of working even under pressure.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in programming (e.g., Java, C++, ABAP).
• Experience with SAP solutions, RDBMS databases and SAP HANA (considered a big plus).
