How You’ll Make An Impact

• Conduct risk‑based internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the organization's internal controls, financial systems, and operational processes.
• Support the development and execution of audit plans, including scoping, testing, and documentation, to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of internal auditors, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high‑quality audit execution and timely completion of audit projects.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by various business units.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, economics, accounting, finance, or business management; CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, MBA or Data Analytics degree a plus.
• Several years of experience in a commercial or financial role with an exposure to accounting and/or internal control policies preferred.
• A verifiable history of high‑level performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally German with ability to effectively communicate across multiple management tiers.
• Practical understanding of Data Science and/or Data Analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, etc.).
• A commitment to continuous learning and readiness for global travel up to 50%.
